How to delete your GymAxis account
Users can request deletion of their GymAxis account at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to: support@gymaxis.in
Include:
- Registered phone number
- Registered email address
- Gym name if applicable
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
After deletion:
- User account will be permanently removed
- Associated personal information will be deleted
Note: Some limited data may be retained if required by law or operational needs.
